Anglicare Victoria are the state’s largest provider of Out Of Home Care services and in the St Luke’s Region, employ over 300 staff across Bendigo and North and Central Victoria .
Opportunities in the Region
Due to our size and large scope of practice, we are always looking for Experienced and Passionate Team Leaders, Senior Practitioners and Leadership Staff with proven success and experience in the Child, Youth, Family and Community Services Sector.
Our Team Leaders are senior staff in the region, with responsibility for managing programs including Integrated Family Services, Residential Services, Foster and Kinship Care Programs, Evidence Based Programs, Family Violence Programs as well as other Specialist Programs. These roles manage key areas of service delivery for the Organisation and present the opportunity to influence an environment building on the strengths of children, young people and families to create positive, enduring outcomes.
Our Senior Practitioners support Team Leaders by modelling, demonstrating and sharing excellence in practice. Senior Practitioners mentor and coach our staff, and support the team leader to manage performance and compliance. They also undertake complex case work to improve the lives and outcomes for our vulnerable and disadvantaged clients.

The St Luke’s region covers a diverse geographic region, based in Bendigo with regional offices throughout the Loddon/Campaspe and Mallee regions of Victoria. We provide a breadth of children, youth, family and community services.
You will be working with committed, caring and quality focused staff determined to achieve the best outcomes for children, young people and families.
