Join the team with a focus on youth crime prevention and work in partnership to provide interventions and supports to at-risk children and families. The ReBoot program is delivered through a partnership of agencies comprising of Anglicare Victoria and Quantum Support Services.
ReBoot is an early intervention program that supports young people aged 10 -14 years in the Latrobe Valley who have a demonstrated risk of engaging in the justice system, or who are currently engaged in low level offending. Through coaching and mentoring, ReBoot help the child/young person and their family to access services, and actively engage with education and community participation opportunities. ReBoot also coaches and mentors agencies supporting the child / young person in implementing restorative justice principles.
To be successful you will need relevant qualifications (Social Work/Welfare or related field), experience working with at-risk children and families experiencing multiple and complex issues.
Please note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
