The Position:

Fixed term to 21st May 2026. Part time hours- 53.2 hours per fortnight. (Week 1 – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, Week 2 – Monday, Thursday & Friday). Please note week 1 and 2 are 30.4 hours and 22.8 hours respectively.

This position is located in the Anglicare Victoria Western Region within the Administration Team. The Administration team provides professional, efficient and effective administrative support to program staff, Managers and Service Users. 

To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:

• Proven experience within Administration roles with an advanced skill level using Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience within the Community Services Sector is advantageous, as is the use of complex client databases.
• A driving license is required for this role as we need you to be able to sue our pool cars

Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
