Our new Foster Care Case Managers will be imbedded in to existing teams taking on a mixed caseload which includes Therapeutic Foster Care. The existing team has a positive outlook and works well together supporting one another to generate the best possible outcomes, but now you will have even more support from Therapeutic Specialists and benefit from key training in CARE and TCI.
Anglicare Victoria provides foster care for children and young people who are temporarily unable to live at home. Anglicare Victoria is the State’s largest provider of foster care and plays a vital role in protecting children and young people by ensuring they have a safe, stable and nurturing home while their family cannot care for them.
Day to day your are going to be advocating for children in placements, attending care team meetings, completing administrative tasks and ultimately making sure children and young people in foster care get stable, long term care.
