About the role

We require a highly skilled individual who has demonstrated expertise in successfully leading and embedding a safeguarding culture across a large complex organisation.

You will;

  • Have a thorough understanding of the child, youth and families sector and the policy and frameworks that these investigations are required to be completed within.
  • Possess formal qualifications and/or training in investigations, social sciences, legal studies, or a related discipline.
  • Lead a team focussed on focussed on continuous improvement of safeguarding practices and investigations
  • Manage the investigations team and collaborate with other stakeholders to execute strategies for complex and sensitive cases.
  • Provide timely updates and recommendations to the relevant Senior Manager
