About Us
Life’s made of moments. Anglicare Victoria faces them head on. Moments of crisis, moments of change, moments of magic. Moments that make up the everyday, or change the course of a person’s life. Some are quiet, some are loud. Some are happy, some are sad. Whether fire or flood. Belief or despair. Joy or grief. We’re there.
Day in, day out, vulnerable people and families lean on Anglicare Victoria through these moments - from childhood to parenthood, and all the messy bits in between.
Your role:
Designing and delivering our Health and Wellbeing program to promote the positive aspects of work that support employee and organisational wellbeing.
Your role will encompass event/project management. You will need strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple events/projects at once whilst remaining agile and adaptable. Your understanding of wellbeing and wellbeing frameworks, person-centred language, and systems-thinking approaches such as Me, We, Us will help you embed yourself successfully in to the role and allow you to continue to develop strong relationships with our people.
Working within the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, given the work we do, will mean that the position will involve exposure to potentially traumatic events and material so a strong foundation on self-care is needed.

What our people say- “I feel really supported - probably the most supported I’ve ever felt in a workplace. This job can be really difficult, so if you’re supported, that’s half the battle for me. Knowing it's there means I can go out and do the work.”
