The Position:

Are you compassionate and interested in making a difference to peoples' lives? Do you have solid communication, organisation and administration skills? If the answer to these questions is yes, then this is an opportunity to bring your administration skills to our head office team.

This position is located at our central office in Collingwood. The team provides professional, efficient and effective administrative and reception support to staff and visitors.

 

The skills you will use day to day:

  • A customer service focus working in Administration and Reception.
  • Administration or business support experience.
  • Solid computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Great communication.
  • Be agile day to day and go where you are needed.
  • Prioritise multiple tasks each day.

 

What makes this such a great role for you:

  • Full time salary of $68,330 per annum plus super at 12%.
  • For part time hours please pro rata the above amount at 22.8 hours.
  • Hourly rate is $34.58.
  • Clerical SCHADS award level 2.
  • Based at our head office in Collingwood.
