Your role:

This role will be key in the successful delivery of IT projects that contribute towards ‘making it better’ for our end users, improving the wider Anglicare Victoria environment through project delivery which contributes to the overall customer satisfaction within Anglicare Victoria. This extends to but is not limited to improving efficiencies within the business through:

  • Working in a strong team environment that fosters knowledge sharing, assistance to peers and the broader Anglicare environment.
  • Provide project management for technical & business projects within Anglicare Victoria.
  • Input to the overall Portfolio of projects.
  • Lead and support Business Analysts to excel in their work.
  • Following standard project principles and frameworks to deliver projects.
  • Identify improvements in project delivery
  • Provide clear written and or verbal communication during the project lifecycle

  • Having a strong logical approach in project delivery.
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • By being a self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently whilst having exceptional judgment to escalate when required.
  • With a strong analytical and problem resolution skillset.

Make it work:

  • Relevant university degree and/or professional qualification/experience Proven experience in working with stakeholders to manage technical projects.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organisation skills, specifically in the area of process management and documentation.
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Customer and results driven.
  • Excellent communications skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal (eg. Facilitating workshops).
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and with external parties.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Advanced analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Lateral thinker and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA, etc.).

 

Make a move:

  • Total Remuneration Package of $129,940.30
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
  • Fixed term contract to 30th June 2026.
  • Work from our office space in Collingwood when required but take advantage of our flexible working culture.
