Your role:
The Future Pathways program is an innovative approach built on practice elements such as motivational interviewing, communication skills building and goal setting to respond to identified needs and achieve real and demonstrable outcomes.
Working collaboratively, the team seek to address key intersectionality issues with families, children and young people (e.g. substance use, mental illness, low income, social isolation) as identified by each regional FPR Response.
