The Program:
FFT is an evidenced based model of behaviour change, that is therapeutically focussed, which aims to provide all family members with skills and knowledge to improve family communication, parenting skills and conflict management.
The aim of the program being to improve family communication and dynamics, creating positive and nurturing family environments young people involved with youth justice.
About the role:
We are looking for experienced Intake Worker for our FFT program in northern Melbourne, based at Broadmeadows.
The role will support the FFT Team with consults, intake, referrals, engagement, data collection as well as consultations with Youth Justice, supporting the team with other tasks as appropriate, including closure tasks and attendance at care team meetings.
