About Us:

The Position:
The position is a hybrid position where you will work with clients from our targeted care packages, general home-based care and therapeutic home-based care programs.
Key responsibilities include: direct casework with children, their families and their carers, case management responsibilities, facilitating contact between children and their families, liaising with external agencies and professionals, participating in staff meetings, participating in regular supervision with Team Leader and attending Professional Development opportunities.
