Program Manager Community Services – Gippsland

This Program Manager provides operational management and leads the implementation of a wide range of diverse programs within the Community Services portfolio. These programs include Financial Counselling, youth focused programs and a range of programs supporting local community.

  1. Duties and responsibilities:

The role also involves promoting strong partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver high quality services to vulnerable young people, families and community. This position is a member of the South Division Management team and actively participates in strategic planning, shared learnings, implementing reform and quality practice within Anglicare Victoria.

  • Experience leading teams in the delivery of high quality services
  • Experience working with vulnerable members of community (in any context)
  • A desire to bring new ideas to the table
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and discuss complex cases
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of community services sector
  • Ability to manage program budgets
