Your role:

The Program Manager provides operational management and will lead the teams through complex sector reform and continue to deliver high-quality innovative practice across Community Service Program. This position is a member of the East Management team and actively participates in strategic planning, shared learnings, implementing reform and quality practice within Anglicare Victoria. 

Duties and responsibilities:

As Program Manager you will oversee:

  • The organisations largest Drug and Alcohol program (3 Team Leaders).
  • Inner East Financial Counselling program (1 Team Leader).
  • ParentZone (1 Team Leader).
  • Tuning into Respectful Relationships (1 Team Leader), our psychoeducational, early intervention program run out of Victoria's correctional facilities.  

The role will focus on promoting strong partnerships with key stakeholders to improve system responses for vulnerable families and community.
