The Team Leader will be instrumental in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the services to isolated and vulnerable families that require family/parenting and multi-faceted interventions. You will co-ordinate the delivery of these high-quality programs that provide genuine and positive outcomes for clients.
This role also leads the Adolescent Family Violence in The Home (AFVITH) program which would require a level of experience and/or understanding in planning and delivering family violence interventions, and knowledge of different impacts for each family member, whilst holding the young person accountable and responsible.
This is a role where you will get to work in conjunction with the Program Manager to plan and implement responses in relation to sector and service developments whilst ensuring appropriate processes are in place to enable continuous improvement of services and to promote best practice and ongoing quality improvement of the program.
As the team leader we also want to see you provide ongoing support, supervision, performance management, learning and development of team members across family services programs.
