Your role:
This role will be responsible for preparing Kinship Part B comprehensive assessments and providing support to kinship placements within the Kinship Care First Supports program. You will assess and provide family services support to newly established carers, children and young people to promote stability, safety and developmental needs. The position is also responsible for providing a case management service for children and young people residing in kinship care. The role provides longer term support for children and young people in statutory kinship care placements, aimed at enhancing the child/ren’s development and family functioning whilst ensuring stability and safety of all family members.
