Your role:

The Future Pathways program is an innovative approach built on practice elements such as motivational interviewing, communication skills building and goal setting to respond to identified needs and achieve real and demonstrable outcomes.

Working collaboratively, the team seek to address key intersectionality issues with families, children and young people (e.g. substance use, mental illness, low income, social isolation) as identified by each regional FPR Response.

Make your mark:

  • Experience working with high needs complex families  
  • Using a child focused family-centred approach 
  • Understanding theoretical approaches (i.e., motivational interviewing and social inclusion) 
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions 
  • Experience conducting risk and needs assessments 
  • The ability to perform work outside of standard office hours to service the needs of clients 

 

What you should know:

  • Salary offers start at $110,102 plus super plus salary packaging (Level 6 SCHCADS)
  • Office location: Preston
  • Fixed term contract to February 2026. Access to exclusive internal vacancies during your employment.
  • Part time hours 9 day fortnight days per week, 0.9 which is 34.2 hours per week.
