Pathways to Change (PTC) is an innovative 8-week online group program designed for individuals who have used violence in their intimate and familial relationships.

The program focuses on promoting accountability, fostering empathy, and equipping participants with practical tools to build healthier, non-violent relationships.

While the approach does not excuse the individual's behaviour, it remains non-judgmental, with a strong emphasis on maximising engagement.

The goal is to address key risk factors, reduce immediate risks and improve compliance. The intended outcome is to motivate participants to take the first steps toward sustained behaviour change, fostering accountability and connecting them to ongoing support services.

Through a combination of interactive group sessions, guided self-reflection, and skills-based learning, participants will explore the underlying causes of their behaviour, understand its impact, and work towards sustainable change.
