We’re looking for an Administration Coordinator to lead our Box Hill administration team and keep our site running smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same (cliché but true). You’ll oversee daily operations, support a small team of 3, and ensure a calm, organised, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.
You’ll also play a key role in improving how we work, helping streamline processes, support system changes (including a new HRIS), and drive efficiencies across the site.
