You’ll also play a key role in improving how we work, helping streamline processes, support system changes (including a new HRIS), and drive efficiencies across the site.

Day to day:

  • Lead and support a small administration team of 3.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations.
  • Manage site coordination including property, facilities, and OHS compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams (property, programs and leasing).
  • Support workflow planning and ensure priorities are met.
  • Some exciting key projects identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

Make your mark:

  • You’re a confident, people-focused leader who communicates clearly and brings your team along with you
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle competing priorities with ease
  • You’re proactive, anticipating challenges, solving problems, and driving improvements
  • You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • You bring structure and organisation, while staying adaptable to change
  • You’re energised by improving systems, processes, and ways of working
  • You lead with positivity, resilience, and accountability

Make it work:

  • An hourly rate of $50.91 per hour.
  • The total remuneration package is $112,669.94 at full time (including super)
  • This is a permanent, part time, 0.8 position, 30.4 hours, please pro rata the full time salary.
  • You also get access to salary packaging which decreases the tax you pay so you get even more of your salary in your back pocket.
  • Working from our office in Box Hill.
  • Access to discounted health insurance, free Employee Assistance, Salary Packaging, a Fitness Passport and a range of other employment benefits supporting your physical and mental health.
  • Anglicare Victoria are leaders in the child, youth and family sector.
  • A great division and team to be a part of!
  • A workplace with Rainbow Tick Accreditation and DCA Inclusive Employer recognition.

What our people say- “AV is an organisation where if you want to challenge yourself or explore opportunities, you don’t have to leave to do that. There are so many great people, programs and services, so it’s an organisation where you have great conditions for growth and development”.

Make a move:

The closing date is Sunday 19th April. Interviews will take place week of the 20th April.
