Your role:

This position sits within our North Division, which includes services delivered out of the Northern Metro Melbourne area, as well as the Bendigo region, supporting the Executive Director, as well as assistant directors across the division. Supporting multiple people will of course be a challenge so the key will be to be proactive in understanding the key elements of support to provide and what’s required behind the scenes to ensure directors can perform at their best.

We’re seeking an experienced executive assistant who understands and appreciates the importance of confidentiality, proactivity, autonomy and the ability to support senior leaders to perform at their best. As a varied and relatively independent position, previous experience and the ability for applicants to articulate and demonstrate putting these key skills and accountabilities into practice is essential. This role is more suited to someone with career EA experience, rather than someone looking to develop into the position

Make your mark:

  • Support the divisions executive director, directors and other senior staff
  • Adopt an agile, proactive and adaptable approach to shift focus and manage a dynamic workload.
  • Manage exceptional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt your approach and style to best support and work with multiple audiences.
  • Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, anticipate needs and organise yourself and others to generate the best outcomes.

Make it work:

  • The total remuneration package is $110,000 pro rata for 4 days per week
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card to maximise your earnings.
  • Work from our great office space in Preston, with flexible work options available.
  • We take the Health and Wellbeing of our people seriously offering a Well Worth It! Program, Fitness Passport, EIP and EAP.
  • Access to discounted health insurance and a whole range of other benefits
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace for you to feel safe, acknowledged and included.
  • Our people are our biggest asset, we will support you to progress your career with a dedicated L&D team.

What our people say- “I've genuinely never thought about going to another organisation. The opportunities, the innovation, the commitment to change and working with vulnerable families, young people and communities. It sounds really cliche, but you come into this work to make a difference and you can do that here. We work really hard to make differences in those spaces.”
