Your role:
This is an opportunity to join our Strengthening Families stream, supporting children, young people and families experiencing cumulative and escalating needs.
Working across Lilydale and the Outer East region, you will provide intensive in-home family support with a strong focus on strengthening parenting capacity, improving family functioning and reducing risk to children.
With a caseload of approximately 8 families, this role offers the opportunity to work deeply and intentionally, balancing risk management with relationship-based intervention.
This role also marks an exciting evolution as the program returns to its original foundations under the Strengthening Families model creating opportunities to contribute to practice growth and shape the future direction of the work.
