About the Orange Door:
A key recommendation of the Royal Commission and the Roadmap for Reform was to establish a network of Support and Safety Hubs (‘Hubs’) across Victoria to provide a new way for women, children and young people experiencing family violence and families who need help with family functioning and the wellbeing and development of their children to access the services they need to be safe and supported. These Hubs are known as The Orange Door.
The Orange Door delivers a fundamental change to the way we work with women, children and families, and men. As an integrated service the Orange Door brings together different workforces and practices to create a whole family integrated approach, and a consolidated intake point in each Orange Door area to create a new way of support for:

Your role:
The Integrated Practice Leader will be responsible for driving integrated practice across The Orange Door and providing practice leadership and expert advice to The Orange Door workforce.
An integral part of this role is to build capability of practitioners to deliver integrated functions and services responding to child and family development & functioning; family violence and perpetrator interventions; in accordance with relevant frameworks. This may include:

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degrees, Graduate Certificates, and Master’s Degrees are required to work at The Orange Door. If you hold a Diploma, then you will need to complete further study and complete a higher level of education within the next 10 years.
