How do I ensure I am considered for a Permanent Position?

Your application will be assessed against a set of eligibility and suitability criteria, which includes a range of considerations such as:

• Completion of all mandatory training and onboarding tasks
• Commitment to supervision and professional development
• Commitment to team meetings, collaboration and communication
• Fit with the established team dynamic
• Fit and suitability with the young people in the house where the positions exist

What does the process involve?

After which, we’ll review the applications and invite those shortlisted to meet with us for an interview.

After the interview process, we’ll contact you to advise of the outcome, discuss the position offered if applicable and talk to you then about next steps.
