Your role:

As Program Manager, you will lead Anglicare Victoria’s The Orange Door and Family Support portfolio across Loddon, including the Child Wellbeing stream in TOD, Early Childhood Development, HIPPY and Communities for Children.

This is a fast-paced leadership role spanning Bendigo, Echuca and Maryborough, where partnership is central to the work. You will work across agencies and disciplines to navigate complexity, solve problems and strengthen outcomes for children and families.

You will also step into an important period of change moving through reform and recommissioning, leading the transition while contributing to what future services and investment could look like.

At The Orange Door, you will work within a matrix management and shared governance model, building strong relationships across agencies and helping shape the continued evolution of the service.

This is a role that will suit an experienced manager who is comfortable with complexity, communicates with influence and genuinely believes better outcomes come from working together.

• Lead and develop a team of 8 direct reports, with a strong focus on wellbeing, resilience and performance.
• Build trusted partnerships across The Orange Door, Family Services and Family Violence. Both internal and external.
• Navigate complex issues and make timely decisions in a high-risk, fast-moving environment.
• Lead change and contribute to the ongoing development of The Orange Door model.
• Provide practice leadership across programs, contributing to service improvement, guidelines and frameworks.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, budgets and performance, with support from Team Leaders and Practice Leaders.
• Represent Anglicare Victoria across relevant sector committees and forums.

• $179,872.55 total remuneration package including super.
• Salary packaging up to $15,900 plus entertainment card.
• Flexible mix of Anglicare office, The Orange Door and work-from-home.
• Typically, around two days at the Anglicare office, two at The Orange Door and one from home, with flexibility to manage your calendar.
• Some travel across Loddon, including Echuca and Maryborough.
