About the Role 

The Project Manager, Property is responsible for leading and delivering property development, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across the organisation. This role ensures projects are planned, executed, and completed to a high standard, within approved budgets and timelines, and in alignment with organisational strategy.

The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe, compliant, and fit‑for‑purpose property outcomes.  This position sits within the Property and Fleet Team.

 

Qualifications:

A relevant tertiary or TAFE qualification in Building or Project Management or Trade Qualification

 

About our Ideal Candidate

Given the scope of the position and responsibility, you’ll bring demonstrated skills and experience in

  • Initiating, managing and delivering property development, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
  • Leading end-to-end project planning, including feasibility assessments, project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and risk identification and mitigation.
  • Preparing and managing project strategies, business cases, concept plans, cost estimates and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones, budgets and timelines, managing variations, and providing accurate and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all projects comply with relevant legislation, building codes, safety standards, and organisational policies and governance requirements.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers and internal stakeholders to design safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose facilities.

  • A total salary package of $170,675. Salary $139,388.39 + Super $18,286.61 + Car Allowance $13,000 OR a vehicle
