We are seeking an experienced leader with demonstrated supervision and people management skills, capable of leading a team of Case Managers and Youth Workers to deliver high-quality DFFH case contracting services. Comprehensive knowledge of the Child Protection system and associated practice requirements is essential.
The Team Leader will be instrumental in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the services to isolated and vulnerable families that require family/parenting and multi-faceted interventions. You will co-ordinate the delivery of these high-quality programs that provide genuine and positive outcomes for clients.

This is a role where you will get to work in conjunction with the Program Manager to plan and implement responses in relation to sector and service developments whilst ensuring appropriate processes are in place to enable continuous improvement of services and to promote best practice and ongoing quality improvement of the program.
As the team leader you will also provide ongoing support, supervision, performance management, learning and development of team members across youth services programs.
The ACMS/TCP Team offers individual, family, and group-based support designed to enhance parenting capacity, strengthen family relationships, and promote positive outcomes for children and young people. All families we work with have complex needs and a history of involvement with Child Protection or other community agencies.
