About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to support employee wellbeing through early intervention, case management, and targeted support during sensitive workplace processes.

This role plays a critical part in fostering a psychologically safe workplace by identifying early risks, supporting staff through challenging situations, and ensuring wellbeing practices are embedded across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Early Intervention

  • Lead and coordinate the Early Intervention Review process to identify emerging risks to employee wellbeing
  • Manage and monitor reported incidents, ensuring timely, consistent, and supportive responses
  • Work collaboratively with People & Culture and leaders to implement appropriate support strategies

Wellbeing Support During Workplace Processes

  • Provide confidential wellbeing support to employees involved in investigation processes
  • Ensure staff are supported with appropriate resources, referrals, and regular check-ins
  • Maintain a balanced, impartial approach while prioritising psychological safety

Wellbeing Advisory & Support

  • Provide guidance to leaders on managing employee wellbeing risks, particularly in complex or sensitive situations
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of wellbeing practices and processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with organisational and legislative requirements
 

About You

You are an empathetic and organised professional with experience supporting employee wellbeing in complex environments and have the capability to review existing processes and make recommendations for quality improvement.

You are confident managing sensitive matters and working collaboratively across teams.

Note that you will be exposed to traumatic content.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience in employee wellbeing, HR, psychology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of early intervention and psychosocial risk management
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team approach
