The Position: 

The provision of a professional and competent accounts payable service, ensuring that the systems and processes are efficiently run and effectively maintained.

 

To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:

  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience in operating systems for Accounts Payable, reconciliations and banking.
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of accounting package/s (Great Plains highly desirable).
  • Strong Client-service orientation with a commitment to quality and responsiveness.
  • Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification would be desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to exercise initiative, discretion and judgement.
