About the role: 

As a Director you’ll form part of the Divisions Senior Leadership Team, working with the Executive Director to manage the strategic and operational aspects of specific service delivery areas including Youth Residential Services, Home Based Care and Community Services working alongside a Director in Family and Community Services. This position whilst based in Box Hill covers our Goulburn, Inner East and Outer East areas with offices in Box Hill, Lilydale and services covering Goulburn. As growth is anticipated the role may ultimately cover an expanded area across the eastern division.

The specific portfolio includes Home Based Care, Kinship Care, Better Futures Community Services, AoD teams, Parentzone, Financial Counselling and Respectful Relationships (program delivered across multiple prisons across the State) as well as overseeing Administration at the main offices in Box Hill and Lilydale. This Director position includes significant risk areas with the potential to create service delivery connections and service interventions or models across the three streams of service delivery. There is potential for innovation, whilst also maintaining a strong focus on performance and risk management. 

You will be responsible for delivering high quality and responsive services against our operational requirements and developing these services in line with the overall Anglicare Victoria (AV) Strategy. We want you to bring your operational, managerial and leadership skills, a committed and compassionate approach, and a growth mindset with a strategic intent, to improve the lives of vulnerable children youth and families in Victoria.

• A total salary package of $213,869.12 broken down this is:
  Base $177,954.57
  Super $22,914.55
  Car allowance $13,000.00 OR a fully maintained vehicle
