About the role:
As a Director you’ll form part of the Divisions Senior Leadership Team, working with the Executive Director to manage the strategic and operational aspects of specific service delivery areas including Youth Residential Services, Home Based Care and Community Services working alongside the Director in Family and Community Services. This position whilst based in west metro covers our West Division with offices in Yarraville, Sunshine, Werribee, Ballarat and Horsham. As growth is anticipated the role may ultimately cover an expanded area across the western division.
The specific portfolio includes a range of out of home care, youth and community services including 10 Youth Residential Houses, Kinship Care, Adoption and Permanent Care, EYOP, TCP Financial Counselling, Housing and AOD. This Director position includes significant risk areas with the potential to create service delivery connections and service interventions or models across the streams of service delivery. There is potential for innovation, whilst also maintaining a strong focus on performance and risk management.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality and responsive services against our operational requirements and developing these services in line with the overall Anglicare Victoria (AV) Strategy. We want you to bring your operational, managerial and leadership skills, a committed and compassionate approach, and a growth mindset with a strategic intent, to improve the lives of vulnerable children youth and families in Victoria.
