Make your mark:

  • Exceptional diary management skills.
  • Pro-active, highly organised and flexible approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to take minutes and understand how to communicate content to specific audiences.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a down-to-earth collaborative working style.
  • The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, anticipate needs and organise yourself and others to generate the best outcomes.

Make it work:

  • The total remuneration package is $83,172 for 4 days per week
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card to maximise your earnings.
  • Work from our great office space in Preston, with flexible work options available.
  • We take the Health and Wellbeing of our people seriously offering a Well Worth It! Program, Fitness Passport, EIP and EAP.
  • Access to discounted health insurance as well!
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace for you to feel safe, acknowledged and included.
  • Our people are our biggest asset, we will support you to progress your career with a dedicated L&D team.

What our people say- “I've genuinely never thought about going to another organisation. The opportunities, the innovation, the commitment to change and working with vulnerable families, young people and communities. It sounds really cliche, but you come into this work to make a difference and you can do that here. We work really hard to make differences in those spaces.”
