Your role:
This position sits within our North Division, which includes services delivered out of the Northern Metro Melbourne area, as well as the Bendigo region, supporting the Executive Director, as well as assistant directors across the division. Supporting multiple people will of course be a challenge so the key will be to be proactive in understanding the key elements of support to provide and what’s required behind the scenes to ensure directors can perform at their best.
The exact support required may vary from person to person but will involve all aspects of the role of a traditional EA. In addition to managing the more traditional daily tasks and responsibilities expected of an EA, there’ll be opportunities to make this role your own, identify and drive improvement in processes and contribute to the divisions growth and success.

Make it work:
What our people say- “I've genuinely never thought about going to another organisation. The opportunities, the innovation, the commitment to change and working with vulnerable families, young people and communities. It sounds really cliche, but you come into this work to make a difference and you can do that here. We work really hard to make differences in those spaces.”
