Your role:
FFT-CW is an evidenced based model of behaviour change, that is therapeutically focussed, which aims to provide all family members with skills and knowledge to improve family communication, parenting skills and conflict management.
The aim of the program being to improve family communication and dynamics, creating positive and nurturing family environments for children and young people who are at risk of being placed in Out of Home Care.
FFT-CW focusses on preventing family breakdown by interrupting negative patterns of behaviour that can lead to escalations within family units.

Qualifications:
A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, and/or a related degree in behavioural sciences OR applicants with Diploma of Community Services may be considered if they also are able to demonstrate significant experience levels working with families.
