This position is an Adults Using Family Violence Practitioner role and that the role requires flexibility in working across the Belgrave and Croydon sites. The role will commence in Belgrave, with a possible move to Croydon after 3 months

Anglicare Victoria are hiring to a fixed term full time position up to December 18th 2026. You will join the team at The Orange Door Belgrave to begin with. This role will work as part of an integrated team to provide specialist services to Adults Using Violence referred to The Orange Door.
This is primarily a phone-based role, where your practice skills are applied through conversation, risk assessment and planning. You will work collaboratively as part of an integrated practice approach to respond to family violence and children and family vulnerability concerns through the provision of:

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degrees, Graduate Certificates, and Master’s Degrees are required to work at The Orange Door. If you hold a Diploma, then you will need to complete further study and complete a higher level of education within the next 10 years.
