Family Services is changing.
Family Services reform is here. The new family services structure will sit within three connected streams- Connecting Families, Strengthening Families and Restoring Families. The streams are designed to work together and to allow families to move between them as needs and circumstance change.
Anglicare Victoria will provide the Restoring Families Coordination for alliance members in the southern/bayside area. Restoring Families provides intensive coordinated support to families of high complexity or enduring needs.
Your role:
You are the central point of contact, responsible for monitoring service capacity, demand pressures, case flow and service barriers, including capturing risks and issues. Coordinate across multiple connection points including CP navigators, local ACCOs, youth justice, corrections and the Orange Door.
As this is a new role development, implementation and evaluation in child and family welfare partnership models is going to be one of your first projects.
To be successful project management experience with strong analytical skills and experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of service co-ordination improvement projects is going to be integral to the success of the reform and this role.

The opportunities, the innovation, the commitment to change and working with vulnerable families, young people, communities. It sounds really cliche, but you come into this work to make a difference and you can do that here. We work really hard to make differences in those spaces.”
