Your role:
This position will cover our houses situated across south east Melbourne where you will lead and supervise the Therapeutic Specialists. The main office is in Dandenong.
AV has dedicated Therapeutic Specialists who develop assessments and trauma informed care plans for young people in our Therapeutic Residential Care houses.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Practitioner with leadership and clinical supervision skills to work within our Residential Services team based at our Dandenong office covering our houses in Melbourne’s south east.
Flexibility to work from home, office and engage with the young people face to face at the houses in the region. The Senior Therapeutic Specialist will work to provide support to the Care Team, Staffing Group and Young People directly, and in collaboration, to address their complex behaviours and areas of developmental needs.
